As an Aquarius Sun and Aquarius Moon, I find myself swimming in the energetic flow of life’s extraordinary moments. The enneagram ‘SEVEN’ in me is playful and optimistic thriving in my essence with others. Nutritionist, Yogi, B.E.S.T. Practitioner, Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, Sister Goddess, Military Wife and Mother of two beautiful Souls dedicated to helping people make positive lifestyle changes through compassionate and humorous connection.
Knowing the work is never done, and worth doing because it brings great JOY to live in HARMONY not only with others but within ourselves. My desire is to say ‘YES’ to the present moment, thriving authentically on this journey we call life, with open-hearted purpose and kindness towards all.
